In last two and half decades, he has built some of very large scale enterprise software products and platforms . Jasdeep has been very closely involved in all aspects of platform strategy, build and roll-outs. Have conceptualised new product offerings , taken them from concept to cash, introduced new revenue lines and solved critical business problems in various domains . Few examples are Finacle – Finacle Solution Delivery Platform, Finacle WatchWiz, CollectEdge-FinXEdge, Infosys Nia – AI Platfom, XtractEdge, DocAI , Tata Digital & TataNeu.
Product & Technology Leadership
Jasdeep is among the few lucky professionals who started their software career with building products more than two and half decades back , when IT services business was picking up pace in the country. Working in great products produced in India and interacting with some of best technology and product minds in the Industry has shaped his thinking to great extent.
Banking & Financial Services Technology, Artificial Intelligence , Lean Thinking , Culture , Innovation and Digital adoption in India are his current interest areas.
Jasdeep has authored multiple thought leadership publications on AI and Blockchain. He is regular speaker at various forums. Some of subjects he talks about are w.r.t. building products, supply chain with blockchain, AI’s usage in enterprises, and consumer internet. Few of forums where he has been keynote speaker , panelist are NASSCOM Product Conclave, Lean Kanban India, Agile Mumbai, SPM Summit, Architecting for India by ThoughtWorks , etc.

Currently Jasdeep is Head of Innovation & Development in YES Bank. He leads software development at the Bank and responsible for bringing new products and platforms for Bank’s users and consumers. He heads AI charter for the Bank and oversees multiple initiatives to bring Traditional AI and GenAI to Banks users and consumers.
Before this he was Head of Technology Strategy – TataDigital & Tata Neu .He was involved in forming an impeccable framework to bring innovation across eCommerce, retail, travel, media & entertainment, health & wellness, EdTech, and other areas. He has successfully evaluated hundred’s of startups in the areas of OTA, OTT, EdTech, Fashion, E-Commerce, Metaverse, AI, and Blockchain in his role in Tata Digital.
Before this, Jasdeep had a tenure as Vice President & Global Product Head – EdgeVerve, for Infosys Nia™ (AI Products Portfolio) . He was the founding leader for new innovative traceability products in blockchain and AI-powered delinquency prediction solutions. Jasdeep has led multiple products in niche areas in lending, insurance, contact analysis, and document extraction in a hosted environment and on-prem. He has launched lot of new products, such as Nia Provenance, CollectEdge, and XtractEdge.
Erstwhile, he was Associate Vice President & Business Transformation Leader , Management Team member of Finacle , Infosys. He was part of founding team of Finacle Architecture.
